Our client is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Network Technical Leader to join their team. This role involves providing advanced technical support and leadership in the deployment and operation of enterprise networking solutions for a globally recognized financial services client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of network technologies with business outcomes, enhancing customer success through effective technology integration and support. This is an onsite position with a focus on fostering seamless customer experience and driving the adoption of cutting-edge networking technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary onsite technical contact, providing customer support and proactive service delivery management for enterprise network solutions.
- Lead technical engagements and provide escalation support for complex issues to ensure reliable operation of networking technologies.
- Drive the successful adoption of network products and technologies through detailed planning and execution of customer-specific integration projects.
- Advocate for the implementation of new products and conduct proof of concept/value engineering work to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment with their IT strategies and business goals.
- Generate technical documentation, guides, and presentations to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing operations and maintenance activities.
- Provide expert guidance on the configuration and troubleshooting of advanced networking features and protocols, including QoS, routing, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer-facing service delivery or network engineering roles.
- Expert knowledge of enterprise network architectures
- Proven experience with Software Defined Access, Catalyst Center, and network security practices such as 802.1X and micro-segmentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues and drive customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required.
- Prior experience working in large-scale networking environments, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Pay Range: $88.00 – $90.00 per hour
