Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled detail-oriented and analytical Project Design Analyst to support their design team. This role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing key documents and metrics to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across teams. The successful candidate will provide operational support to enhance decision-making processes. This position is crucial for maintaining the flow and storage of information within the project framework.



Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize project-specific documents such as floorplans and design documentation, ensuring they are readily accessible for the design team.
  • Streamline processes for centralizing essential project information and maintaining updated records.
  • Utilize Excel to export, filter, and analyze data including light metrics counts, design totals, and late items to generate reports that track project progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Act as the primary contact for routing design-related inquiries, addressing missing elements, or implementing changes in coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage email communications and task scheduling within Office 365 tools to ensure effective information sharing and timely resolution of issues.
  • Participate actively in weekly team meetings to integrate with the team, provide updates, and discuss outstanding issues.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain consistent communication with the design team, providing support and guidance as directed by the immediate team leader.

Qualifications:
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for effective document and folder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Experience in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a design or project management context, is preferred.
  • Availability to participate in meetings and collaborate with the team during standard business hours.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.


Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
