Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee technology projects within their dynamic Technology Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves direct collaboration with business stakeholders and the development team to deliver value-driven solutions. The position is pivotal in translating customer needs into actionable and innovative technological solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects from initiation through to closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress; manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Facilitate communication and use agile methodologies to conduct Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Effectively manage the relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and organizational buy-in.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation while also managing the project budget.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to capture key performance indicators.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Pharmacy, Health Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, specifically in managing technology-driven projects.
  • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies, certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead software development projects and understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management software tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on experience in SAFe or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT standards such as HL7 and FHIR is considered an advantage.

Pay Range: $90K – $120K annually

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
