Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join their team. This role involves leading software development and test projects, ensuring excellence in technical program management and aligning with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex, large-scale technology programs, and will bring a proactive and predictive approach to operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program structures.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to define program goals and critical support mechanisms.
  • Implement efficient and accurate program planning strategies based on thorough knowledge and experience.
  • Conduct full-scale risk management and apply technology to streamline program processes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions in line with organizational vision.
  • Engage with engineering and other relevant teams to proactively address complex issues and maintain technical communication.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive governance structure, including regular review meetings with stakeholders to assess program progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading software development/test projects as a Technical Program Manager.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale programs with successful business outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in program management principles and tools for planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to engage with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and maintain high levels of communication and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: $75.00 – $80.00 per hour

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
