Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing the performance of enterprise-level application systems to ensure optimal efficiency and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, software development methodologies, and a deep understanding of technical applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain application systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Create, execute, and oversee appropriate quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide end-user support and training, ensuring optimal system use and knowledge.
  • Drive continuous improvements and enhancements to system features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to integrate best practices and respond to stakeholder needs.
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to software performance, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
  • Lead projects related to software upgrades, migrations, or integrations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management and software development methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft application servers and SQL databases.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables.
  • Experience with MS Slide Publisher and Jira.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of advanced working experience with AdaptiveWork, including tool configuration and administration.
  • Strong experience in AdaptiveWork customization and script writing for automation.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing landscapes.
  • Completion of PV Admin training courses for Adaptive Work/Clarizen within the past 5 years.

Pay Range: $30.00 – $42.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
