Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr PeopleSoft Developer to lead projects focusing on the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of PeopleSoft Financials and SCM systems. This role is ideal for a candidate who is proficient in a range of programming languages and technologies, with a strong background in database management and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis, design, and development phases of PeopleSoft Financials and SCM projects ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement complex COBOL, PL-SQL, Visual Basic, HTML, and Java code according to project requirements.
  • Manage database operations and maintenance using ORACLE 19.2.0.206, DB2, and MS SQL Server v18.8.
  • Configure and utilize cloud platforms, including AWS Config and Microsoft Azure, to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement and oversee migration and job scheduling tools such as STAT, PHIRE, Tidal, and Control-M.
  • Successfully configure, test, and deploy the Travel & Expense module within the PeopleSoft environment.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and SCM, including comprehensive knowledge of PeopleTools 8.
  • Strong programming skills in COBOL, PL-SQL, Visual Basic, HTML, and Java.
  • Experience with database management systems including ORACLE, DB2, and MS SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Config and Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficient in using migration and job scheduling tools like STAT, PHIRE, Tidal, and Control-M.
  • Demonstrable experience in configuring and implementing PeopleSoft modules, particularly Travel & Expense.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of mentoring and leading development teams.

Pay Range: $60.00 – $75.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
