Job Description:
Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Support Specialist to join their team and contribute to the Compliance & Auditing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of internal Corporate Security processes and tools to support internal audits, document management, and project tracking. This position is remote with occasional requirements to attend the office in RTP, NC, and may require late-night support for international audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for the Compliance & Auditing department across multiple communication platforms.
  • Assist with internal audits, including document creation, data tracking, and project management.
  • Develop expertise in corporate security processes and tools to effectively support compliance activities.
  • Facilitate meetings and collaborate with various teams to meet client deadlines and requirements.
  • Independently manage projects with minimal supervision, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Plan and execute tasks effectively, adhering to strict deadlines and quick turnaround times.
  • Support global audits by participating in meetings across different time zones as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to meet and maintain any applicable State licensing or certification requirements.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management within compliance or audit fields.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to create, edit, and review large volumes of documents with high accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work hours that accommodate global meetings and audits.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with corporate security processes and tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make appropriate business decisions.


Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
