Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food service sector, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to recommend tailored solutions that enhance client success and profitability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales results and market conditions, to inform management strategies.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients, acting as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the food service industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Availability to travel as needed within the territory.
Pay Range: $120,000.00 – $125,000.00 Annually
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
