We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer for a challenging contract opportunity with a leading technology-driven organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background and a proven track record in software development within agile environments. As a Developer, you will be responsible for delivering robust solutions for billing and payment workflows, collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to split your time between on-site and remote work, and is structured as a contract engagement.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and clarify user stories, ensuring clear understanding of business requirements and technical objectives.
- Demonstrate completed work to stakeholders through regular sprint reviews and presentations.
- Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Plan, estimate, and deliver high-quality software solutions within four-week sprint cycles, adhering to established timelines and priorities.
- Design and develop full-stack features using established patterns, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality through comprehensive testing practices and adherence to best coding standards.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, REST API development, and architecture decisions to support ongoing enhancements.
- Support CI/CD processes and assist with basic production triage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript and React, with hands-on experience in Node.js.
- Strong backend development skills utilizing Node.js and Express frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle, including designing and optimizing queries.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, is preferred.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working collaboratively in agile teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Range: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
