Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced AAA Release Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for implementing and validating engineering solutions that support the authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) infrastructure of a prominent telecommunications provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks, from project coordination to change implementation, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives. This is a contract position based in Dallas, TX, offering an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement technical changes across AAA systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and project requirements.
- Manage change documents, schedule changes, and represent change records in various stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Service Management, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor and validate the implementation of changes, ensuring no service disruptions or security breaches occur.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation in collaboration with testing teams to ensure changes meet quality standards.
- Provide detailed documentation and communication regarding changes to all relevant parties, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Participate in weekend change implementations and manage change communication during these windows.
- Engage with vendors and technical teams during onsite datacenter activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Release Manager or similar role within large, regulated or global enterprise environments.
- Strong technical background in AAA technologies such as Clearpass, Stealthwatch, ICE, and SPLUNK.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with tools like MS Project and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to implementing high-quality and secure solutions.
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly in banking or telecommunications, is highly desirable.
- Availability to work on weekends for system changes and implementations.
- Understanding of network configuration, automation, and certificate management.
