Role Summary
This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting software applications to meet project and organizational needs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based and web applications within an Agile environment. The application developer will ensure high-quality, secure, and reusable code while managing system integrations and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and secure code across web, API, and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with external teams and stakeholders to resolve complex system integration challenges.
  • Review and contribute to technical designs, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Develop, test, and demonstrate new software features and functionalities.
  • Build and enhance cloud-based applications, monitoring their performance and responsiveness.
  • Automate development workflows and improve deployment processes.
  • Study the feasibility of proposed system modifications, identifying potential requirements and restrictions.
  • Manage and optimize database systems, including writing stored procedures and T-SQL queries.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization.
  • Follow Agile methodologies and manage workflows using Azure DevOps tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in web and API development (.NET stack), UI technologies (React, Angular, Node.js), or cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Web Services, XML, JSON, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, and caching mechanisms.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and source control systems such as Git.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and database optimization.
  • Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies rapidly.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to working in an Agile environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Availability to start on October 14th, 2026.

Publishing Pay Range: $65.00 – $73.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
