Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Builder Service Representative to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will act as the principal point of contact for builders and growth-based customers, handling a variety of tasks from order intake to account management. This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing for flexibility between office and remote work.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for builders and customers regarding growth-based inquiries through phone, email, and web communications.
  • Manage order intake, provide status updates, communicate schedule availability, and set up new customer accounts for services and meter sets.
  • Utilize various systems such as Banner, Microsoft Dynamics, and Maximo to research and reconcile customer order activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, scheduling, and field operations to facilitate customer needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs and records including service orders, new meter sets, and customer correspondence requiring follow-up.
  • Compile and prepare reports and correspondence related to customer assistance, complaints, and account verifications.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery by responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and meet productivity goals while navigating a demanding and changing work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and respectfully in both verbal and written forms.
  • Experience with CRM and order management systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused orientation.
  • Comfortable working with computer and web-based applications.
  • Polished phone demeanor with excellent tone and etiquette.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Must be reliable with a track record of good attendance.

Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing for flexibility between office and remote work.
