Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Connect Ambassador in the Business Support department. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and support at the client’s interactive customer service center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for their customers, helping to manage inquiries and facilitate a smooth customer journey. This full-time position is based in a modern facility and offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and assess their needs to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Manage the flow of visitors and customers within the service center to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective solutions for customer issues and escalations.
  • Support the preparation, execution, and breakdown of community and internal events, ensuring seamless operation and engagement.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of workshops and seminars aimed at community education and engagement.
  • Provide support during extended outage situations or other emergency conditions, ensuring customer needs are met promptly.
  • Contribute to the collection and analysis of feedback from events to enhance future community engagement strategies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a face-to-face environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with work hours and the ability to participate in a rotating shift schedule.
  • Professional demeanor with an approachable personality and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle physical requirements of the job including setup for events and potentially standing for extended periods.
