We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contract Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team. This technical role offers the opportunity to work on-site within a fast-paced, professional environment and is ideal for candidates who possess strong analytical abilities and a keen attention to detail. As a Commercial Contract Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of commercial agreements and data records. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining key contract data and supporting ongoing operational needs, with scope for professional growth and development. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay rate and immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile key data points between Gas Midstream and Transportation Agreements and the gFlow system applications to ensure data integrity and contract compliance.
  • Link commercial agreements by ID number within the Commercial Contracts Repository, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for internal reference and audit purposes.
  • Review agreement system status to identify potential termination or renewal opportunities, proactively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Scan and upload documents into the Commercial Contracts Repository, ensuring proper categorization and secure archiving of sensitive materials.
  • Prepare Records Retention archiving forms, capturing essential identifiers and supporting documentation for each agreement.
  • Create and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets to track contract metrics, analyze data trends, and support reporting requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy in all record-keeping activities, adhering to company protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support multiple requests from various sources, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; completion of some college coursework is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, commercial analysis, or a related technical field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and analyze complex spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of maintaining data integrity in a professional setting.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to lift and move files and heavy boxes as required by the role.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to perform work on-site as required by the role.

Pay Range: $21 per hour
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
