Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst for a dynamic role based in Tulsa, OK. This position, with a contract duration of 6 months, involves a hybrid work schedule with three days on-site and two days remote each week. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and management of complex legal documents pertaining to third-party service contracts. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, prepare, and review complex contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Maintain and process a wide range of legal documents, records, and reports in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and provisions with external parties, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal compliance.
  • Utilize contract administration software to manage contract databases and imaging systems effectively.
  • Compile and analyze contractual data, providing comprehensive reports to management and relevant company personnel.
  • Ensure all vendor information, including certificates of insurance and pre-qualification documents, meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Regular and reliable attendance to support ongoing contract management and team collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience and thorough knowledge in managing complex third-party contracts and service agreements.
  • Strong understanding of industry and governmental regulations affecting contract management.
  • Proficient with contract management tools and software, including database and imaging systems.
  • Ability to apply basic math and algebraic formulas in spreadsheet applications for contract analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in the recording requirements and legal documentation standards.
  • Experience in business communications and records maintenance.
  • Effective negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Paralegal or relevant legal experience is highly desirable.

Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
