Customer Delivery Architect
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Customer Delivery Architect to join their team. This role involves working closely with our customers to ensure they receive outstanding technical support and consulting, helping them to drive value and innovation within their networks. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships across all levels of customer organizations and staying ahead of technological advancements to recommend solutions tailored to their business needs. This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor for their technical needs.
- Provide expert consultation to drive value and innovation in customer networks, reducing risks and supporting business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the Engineering team to advocate for customer needs and share upcoming technological advancements.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical network problems, collaborating with teams across the organization.
- Stay current with company solutions and service offerings to effectively address and resolve customer challenges.
- Lead high-level crisis management initiatives, anticipating potential issues and proactively addressing them with customers and partners.
- Utilize broad security and networking knowledge, along with specific area expertise, to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
- Champion an inclusive approach that drives innovation and better outcomes for customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles within technical delivery, IT, or pre-sales product engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications such as CCIE in Security, Collaboration, Data Center, and/or Route Switch, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to lead and guide diverse teams in resolving technical issues.
- Strong crisis management skills with the ability to anticipate and proactively manage potential issues.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills to build productive collaborations.
- Capability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
- Experience in delivering company standard methodologies within client infrastructures.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both technical staff and senior management.
Pay Range: $75.00 – $85.00 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
