Job Title: Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader

Overview:
GDH Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader to join our client’s dynamic team in Newtown, PA. This leadership role demands a deep expertise in Cisco technologies and a proven ability to guide complex technical implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless delivery of networking solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and technical execution of Cisco networking solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), Catalyst switches, and Software Defined Access (SDA) deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Oversee the provisioning, assurance, and operational management of DNAC to optimize network performance.
  • Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco SD-Access architectures, including LISP, micro-segmentation, and integration of DNAC with Cisco ISE.
  • Manage and configure Catalyst 9000 Series switches (e.g., 9200-CX, 9300, 9500, 9600) to support secure and scalable network infrastructures.
  • Implement and support IPv4/IPv6 routing protocols such as BGP, IS-IS, and OSPF.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and support staff.
  • Stay current with evolving Cisco technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Cisco DNAC, Catalyst switches, and SD-Access solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco DNAC operations, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience with Software Defined Access (SDA), including LISP, micro-segmentation, and integration with Cisco ISE.
  • Solid understanding of Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches and their deployment.
  • In-depth knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols: BGP, IS-IS, OSPF.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or Robot Framework is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Range: $72.00 – $75.00 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
