Role Summary
This role involves overseeing and managing flow measurement processes within a facility. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of independently resolving measurement exceptions, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. The role also includes technical expertise in flow measurement software and collaboration with field personnel to support operational accuracy and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Run FlowCal exception resolver daily and independently resolve identified exceptions on a weekly basis.
  • Serve as the resident expert for assigned FlowCal software modules, providing vendor support and technical guidance.
  • Maintain and evaluate facility balancing metrics weekly and monthly to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Notify field personnel ofmeter information corrections requiring action and monitor resolution progress.
  • Provide backup support to other Flow Measurement Analysts and assist in meeting monthly closing deadlines.
  • Import, evaluate, and ensure the quality of meter proving, calibration, and liquid and gas analyses data in compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Independently account for measurement volumes while applying appropriate measurement standards and practices.
  • Identify volume discrepancies, analyze potential causes, and develop corrective actions.
  • Communicate measurement discrepancies to relevant personnel for resolution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt of measurement data from operations, maintaining overall data integrity and operational compliance.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Field Measurement Operations, Production, Revenue Accounting, or as a Measurement Analyst.
  • Beginner proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of gas and liquid measurement fundamentals and associated equipment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to follow through on actions, hold others accountable, and make safe, ethical decisions.
  • Ability to interpret and perform mathematical calculations related to volume measurement.
  • Knowledge of measurement compliance standards and policies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve measurement discrepancies.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00–$50.00 Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
