Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Hexagon EAM Applications Developer to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to advance their career in software development with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management systems. The successful candidate will lead and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Create and update system documentation and training materials as necessary.
  • Manage projects through the entire system development life cycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
  • Gather and document business requirements, consulting with users to understand and prioritize their needs.
  • Provide accurate time and cost estimates for software changes and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate development activities with other team members, infrastructure personnel, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing technologies for broader use across the business.
  • Coach and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with multiple development languages and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development and programming concepts/techniques.
  • Experience with database management systems and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Experience in project management and basic infrastructure concepts.
  • Commitment to following compliance procedures and documentation standards.
  • Ability to provide coaching and leadership to less experienced team members.

Pay Range: $130,000 – $135,000 Annually

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
