Job Description:
Our client is seeking a well-rounded Endur Developer with strong experience in gas and crude trading who can both support and extend the Endur platform. This role demands someone who not only understands the system inside and out but can develop custom solutions, provide application support, and collaborate effectively across teams. Just as important is the ability to share knowledge and guide others — we’re looking for a team player who helps raise the bar for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support for the Endur platform, troubleshooting and resolving front- to back-office issues.
  • Design and implement customizations and extensions around the Endur system using JVS, AVS, OpenComponents, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Collaborate closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to understand business needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Take ownership of development work, ensuring high standards of performance, usability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor team members and share knowledge of Endur best practices and technical insights.
  • Participate in agile development, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur, particularly in the context of gas and crude oil trading.
  • Strong programming skills in JVS, AVS, OpenComponents, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Proven ability to develop custom solutions around the Endur platform — not just support.
  • Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, risk, PnL, and operations in energy trading.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to teach others and contribute to a culture of learning.
