Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to join their team, providing vital technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems at various sites in the Western Oklahoma region, primarily based out of Calumet, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for a professional with a robust background in IT support and a passion for technology and customer service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, and feature updates for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • Manage Microsoft Office applications, including installation and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct hardware installations and troubleshooting, ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
  • Understand and maintain network communications, including LAN/WAN technologies.
  • Handle the racking and stacking of equipment and manage cable installations (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc.).
  • Support a variety of technologies, including Cisco/Aruba networking, VSAT, and Ubiquiti Radios.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT field support or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 environments, including system upgrades and feature updates.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office application installation and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of network communications and LAN/WAN technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco/Aruba, VSAT, and Ubiquiti Radios is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM/Intune and Citrix environments (Workspace, Published Apps, Desktops).
  • Knowledge of mobile device management including iOS enrollment, app deployment, and updates.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
  • Able to configure and manage UPS systems.

Pay Range: $28.00 – $32.00 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
