Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled HTTS Engineer to join their team on a remote basis, providing advanced technical support and services to their U.S. Public Sector customers. This role involves significant responsibility in troubleshooting and de-escalating complex network issues while ensuring the stability and security of network operations. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of a prestigious team dedicated to delivering exceptional support during critical network situations and managing a caseload of lower critical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex product issues using advanced technical knowledge and tools.
- Work collaboratively with a team of senior-level engineers specializing in various core technologies to ensure high-quality support.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload of both critical and lower critical issues to ensure efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Engage directly with customers, partners, account teams, and other engineers to provide dependable solutions and support.
- Offer support via phone, email, web, and remote access, ensuring responsiveness and thorough communication.
- Continuously learn and maintain proficiency with the network’s products, protocols, and best practices to enhance support quality.
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting steps and resolution processes for future reference.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to addressing and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and effectively convey technical details.
- Experience with CUCM, UCCE/X, UC Endpoints, and Voice Gateways.
- Possess one or more Network Certifications such as CCT, CCST, CCDA, CCDP, CCDE, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
- Ability to work remotely with a dedicated home office setup conducive to professional work requirements.
