We are seeking a dedicated IT Analyst III to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for enterprise applications, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
  • Manage application installations, upgrades, and configurations tailored to organizational needs.
  • Address and resolve user support tickets related to applications, Windows environments, and device drivers, demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Analyze system logs, configuration files, and trace data using tools like Pmon and trace analysis software to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support database queries and code support using MSSQL and PSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Support applications such as Cognos, Power BI, or Ultrix; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Possess a basic understanding of Linux environments; Linux experience is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in enterprise application support.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments.
  • Proficiency in application installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret log and configuration files.
  • Experience with Pmon, trace analysis tools, and database support (MSSQL, PSQL).
  • Self-motivated problem solver with an intuitive approach to troubleshooting.

Preferred Locations:

  • Tulsa or Richardson, TX area (candidates in these locations are preferred).

Publishing Pay Range: $70.00 to $79.11 hourly
