Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Marketing Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in planning and executing marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance product and service utilization across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign management and strategic planning. This is a flex position, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work arrangements to optimize productivity and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the compounding industry, our core business operations, and client accounts to tailor effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to assist in the strategic annual marketing planning for key business segments.
  • Design and implement multi-platform marketing and communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and deadlines, to ensure cohesive project progression and timely execution.
  • Establish and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to align marketing strategies and operations with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Analyze campaign results, provide detailed reports on effectiveness, and suggest data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of digital marketing tools to enhance lead generation, customer targeting, and overall marketing impact.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Proven success in roles that required the development of marketing strategies that effectively increased sales and customer engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including content management systems and email marketing tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, compelling presentations and materials.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in budget management and performance analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) is considered a plus.

Pay Range: $65K – $70K Annually

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
