MS Dynamics 365 Developer – Create something great
Our client is hiring a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team. This is a critical role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics 365 applications to meet the complex needs of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will ensure that our business applications are scalable, performant, secure, and reliable. This position offers the opportunity to work on projects in support of a federal client, requiring adherence to strict federal regulations, including drug screening in compliance with the Federal Controlled Substance Act. This role demands proficiency in software configuration, a deep understanding of large-scale manufacturing, production, and/or logistics activities, and experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365. A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, build, test, deploy, and maintain activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications in Azure cloud environments.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize production and maintenance shop floor management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify functional needs and develop application solutions that meet those needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including applying software updates and patches, to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Optimize configurations for improved performance and efficiency within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system design, implementation, and security documentation required for Authorization to Operate (ATO) activities.
- Design and implement processes for periodic review of user accounts and permissions to meet system and data security requirements.
- Collaborate with software development teams to understand application and data access requirements, implementing network configuration solutions accordingly.
- Must be able to pass a customer background check for access to facilities, equipment, and property.
- Proficiency in software configuration, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing, production, and/or logistics as they relate to supporting IT systems and tools.
- Preferred certification at the Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I.
- Preference given to candidates with Department of Defense or Federal Government industry experience.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Candidates currently pursuing a B.S. in specified fields may also be considered.
- A minimum of four (4) years’ academic or professional experience in coding and debugging object-oriented applications.
- Strong understanding of system design, implementation, and security practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development and cybersecurity teams to plan and implement security measures.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create and maintain records related to network configuration, processes, and service records.
