OneStream Implementation & Support Administrator

Role Summary
The OneStream Implementation & Support Contractor is responsible for supporting the deployment, testing, and ongoing support of the OneStream platform. This role collaborates closely with Finance, IT, and solution partners to facilitate financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and close processes. The primary focus is on ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to support, including thorough documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of OneStream implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Gather and document IT support processes for consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and close activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design a future-state support model.
• Assist implementation partners with testing, deployment, and system validation activities.
• Develop system controls that comply with internal IT policies and standards.
• Execute and support system integration, user acceptance, regression, and performance testing with the solution integrator.
• Document test cases, defects, and remediation plans to ensure quality assurance.
• Support production cutover planning and deployment readiness efforts.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, process maps, and support procedures.
• Participate in governance, change management, release, and environment management processes, ensuring compliance and control adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven OneStream implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with SOX controls and financial compliance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and data management.
• Proficiency in OneStream application administration, including workflows, security, environments, and metadata.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting consolidation functions, ownership structures, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and journal entries.
• Skilled in close operations, data integration, financial reporting development, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot OneStream Business Rules and validation logic.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to support change, release, and environment management activities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $47.00 – $50.00 Hourly 

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
