Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team. This role is integral in serving as the liaison between business units and the technical team, focusing on the Oracle Fusion ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering functional requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, managing user access and setup, and providing day-to-day support. This position requires a hybrid work model with a significant in-office presence, emphasizing collaboration and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Coordinate and support testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and patch validation.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes in Oracle Fusion, ensuring proper role and security maintenance.
  • Provide first-line support for functional issues, liaising with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and test results.
  • Prioritize issues and enhancement requests, tracking resolution progress through tools like Jira.
  • Facilitate communication between end users and Oracle support or internal IT teams to ensure smooth operation and system functionality.
  • Support end-user training initiatives and assist with the setup of reports or dashboards as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in ERP system support or functional analysis, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing user setup, role requests, and functional testing within an ERP environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP role-based security mechanisms.
  • Excellent documentation, process-mapping, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project and issue-tracking software.
  • Functional understanding of accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, requiring a strong in-office presence.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Pay Range: $25.00 to $26.50 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
