We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PC Support I to join our team. This full-time position is based in Kansas City, MO and operates during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of additional hours as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to end users in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services and requires someone with a strong foundation in various IT systems and hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end user support for all desktop and workstation-related issues including software and hardware problems.
  • Support conference room equipment, ensuring all audiovisual and connectivity needs are met for seamless meeting experiences.
  • Manage the IT Walk-Up station to offer immediate face-to-face support for technical issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laptop and PC hardware, as well as laser printer equipment.
  • Assist users with mobile devices including iOS and Android platforms, ensuring connectivity and access to corporate resources.
  • Utilize Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune solutions to manage user accounts and secure devices.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and manage a virtual queue of tasks and user requests with high efficiency.
  • Prioritize incidents and manage ticketing systems effectively to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably with in-person technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.
  • Experience in maintaining laptop and PC hardware, as well as laser printer hardware.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android device support.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune for managing user accounts and devices.
  • Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license, as some travel may be required.
  • Ability to perform physical activities related to the job, including lifting up to 70 pounds.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 Per Hour

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
