Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plan Services Specialist to join a dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of retirement plans, which may vary in complexity and scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all services are delivered to a high standard and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process a diverse range of retirement plans with high accuracy and adherence to strict service level agreements.
  • Make informed decisions and take responsibility for resolving client issues, complaints, and requests for special reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive daily records for all assigned retirement plans, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correct.
  • Process new loan requests, conduct account research, and reconcile various financial transactions including participant and employer contributions, payments, income, forfeitures, and fees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, meet client needs, and minimize potential errors.
  • Participate in team meetings to share ideas, ensure cross-coverage, and maintain high levels of team support and plan knowledge.
  • Provide frontline client support, offering solutions and assistance to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in retirement plan administration or a similar financial services role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities with a capacity to handle complex situations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service level agreements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Experience with financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools relevant to retirement plan processing.
  • Availability to work on-site as per business requirements.

Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.05 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
