Product Manager
Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions. This pivotal role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction through innovative Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce products, coupled with a proven ability to solve complex business challenges and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. This position is full-time and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize business processes and ensure strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
- Partner with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Oversee the customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in sales, service, or marketing processes by leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement and achieve targets.
- Develop and implement training programs and resources to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions by all users.
- Ensure that all Salesforce configurations and customizations comply with the highest standards of security, privacy, and operational protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce solutions.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, or Consultant) are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Salesforce platform capabilities, customization, and integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering value-driven solutions.
