Job Description:
Oue client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner with a specialization in Salesforce to join their dynamic team. This full-time role is geared towards an individual who can leverage Salesforce capabilities to enhance business processes and user experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, where your skills will be crucial in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields within Salesforce.
  • Develop and manage detailed reports, dashboards, workflows, and other necessary automation tools to enhance user engagement and efficiency.
  • Monitor Salesforce system performance and usage to ensure it is utilized to its fullest potential across the organization.
  • Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and best practices related to Salesforce administration and operation.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use Salesforce effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements and implement necessary Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead and manage the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
  • Proficient in SQL and other database technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement custom Salesforce applications and data-driven reports.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to streamline complex processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and complete projects to a high standard, within a specified timeframe.
