Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Program Analyst in Customer Affairs to join their team. This role is crucial for fostering positive relationships with state commissions, assistance agencies, and community organization leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple customer-impacting programs, ensuring their effective execution, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of various programs such as the Critical Needs Program and Rehousing Program, ensuring accurate tracking, processing, and reporting of program activities.
- Develop and implement effective messaging and educational strategies to promote program participation, both internally and externally.
- Provide comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Engage directly with customers, offering information and assistance regarding programs and services that aid in bill management and payment solutions.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and program data to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to extend program reach and enhance customer support.
- Participate in community events and meetings to represent the company and its programs to stakeholders and the public.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or public affairs, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record of managing customer-facing programs and initiatives with successful outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities; proficient in public speaking and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CCB is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including extended and non-traditional hours as needed for program success.
- Must be willing and able to travel locally and statewide to meet job requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
