Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role involves managing projects aimed at delivering customer business outcomes for both transactional and subscription projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within IT or related technical fields and will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of delivery on time, within budget, and with excellent quality. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can align project goals with business objectives and ensure strong customer satisfaction. The role is full-time and the candidate must be prepared to handle complex, multi-faceted projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and validate project scope, plan, and schedule for moderately complex projects.
- Track project performance to ensure project goals and success metrics are met.
- Manage financial aspects of the project, including budgeting and profitability analysis.
- Lead risk management activities, develop mitigation strategies, and managing risk response plans.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and manage relationships to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee contract change management processes and govern internal support and delivery across designated regions.
- Conduct periodic team analysis to synchronize expectations and integrate lessons learned into project planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project and program management, preferably in IT, engineering, or product-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
- Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
- Excellent skills in financial forecasting, budget management, and ROI analysis.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through change and ambiguity.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Technical background or familiarity with software development environments is valuable but not mandatory.
