Role Summary
The Project Coordinator supports strategic projects within the enterprise commercial team, acting as a central point for organizing, communicating, and documenting activities. This role ensures that decisions, actions, and information are tracked and shared effectively across stakeholders. It leverages digital tools and automation to enhance project execution, maintaining alignment and momentum across multiple programs and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions across various enterprise commercial programs.
  • Manage project documentation, including presentations, meeting materials, action logs, and communication repositories.
  • Support leadership reviews, agency engagement, and cross-functional working sessions in multiple locations and time zones.
  • Facilitate content development activities for small groups and broader stakeholder communication efforts.
  • Track decisions, action items, dependencies, and outstanding requests to ensure timely follow-up and accountability.
  • Consolidate outputs from discussions and meetings into clear communications, updates, and summaries.
  • Document key information, decisions, and next steps, organizing and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps in coordination and communication to help prevent operational blind spots.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365, Microsoft Loop, AI, and automation tools to improve project transparency and organization.
  • Support the team in risk management, project scheduling, and integration activities to ensure efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Familiarity with governance, reporting, and integration management.
  • Experience with project management software and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices, such as RAID management.
  • Strong task management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across teams and time zones in a collaborative environment.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, with understanding of cross-functional pre-launch teams and stakeholder roles.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid setting.

Publishing Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.00 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
