Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support the implementation of a new ServiceNow ITSM solution. This role is based in Little Rock, AR, and is a contract position with a duration of 4-6 months, starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project remains on schedule, tracking progress, and coordinating efforts across teams to facilitate a smooth transition from the legacy Remedy system to the new ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using various project management tools.
  • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among various project team members.
  • Assist with basic project management tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Support the transition from the legacy Remedy system to the new ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a project coordination or junior project management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage project schedules.
  • Proficiency with project management tools for tracking progress and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Little Rock, AR.
  • Experience in IT Project Management is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience with ITSM solutions, particularly ServiceNow, or similar enterprise system implementations is a plus.
  • Availability for a single, one-and-done interview with the hiring manager and their director.

Pay Range: $40.00 – $45.00/HR

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
