Role Summary

This position leads and coordinates the implementation of a modern Travel Management and Expense solution. The role serves as a primary liaison across business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to support efficient project delivery within established timelines. This position requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, governance, and operational transition experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee project governance, objectives, work plans, schedules, and decision-making processes.
  • Onboard project team members, coordinate system access, and lead project kickoff activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to support project milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project teams, steering committees, and executive stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, implementation activities, and testing phases.
  • Coordinate training and change management activities to support user adoption and proficiency.
  • Develop and execute go-live readiness plans, including contingency planning and resource coordination.
  • Support alignment with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements and maintain required project documentation.
  • Support post-implementation reviews, ongoing operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or comparable platforms.
  • Familiarity with Travel Management and Expense solutions is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations related to system implementations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Publishing Pay Range: $70.00 – $74.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
