We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PSAP Billing/Data Research Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing and documenting non-911-related services for a major project focused on Wire Center Migration. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, documenting, and categorizing legacy lines, trunks, and circuits, ensuring smooth disconnection or migration to new solutions. This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to locate, document, and categorize legacy non-911-related lines, trunks, and circuits at PSAPs involved in the migration project.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all identified services using Quickbase and other project database and tracking systems.
  • Create detailed circuit plans for each identified candidate for disconnection and coordinate with relevant teams for execution.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for the research and documentation of services requiring disconnection or migration solutions.
  • Collaborate with the PSAP Relations Management Team to track and verify the disconnection of services as per project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with project PSAP relationship managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely completion of project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of experience in billing and inventory systems, preferably within a telecommunications environment.
  • Proven ability to manage, document, and track large volumes of data accurately.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Quickbase or similar project database and tracking systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various project stakeholders.
  • Background in telecommunications, specifically with knowledge of PSAP operations, is a plus.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the project.

Pay Range: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour 
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
