Role Summary
This position supports the Asset Management team by performing records research and management tasks across various systems and platforms. The role involves assisting with records correction, data retrieval, and supporting documentation processes. It offers an opportunity to develop knowledge of enterprise content management and geospatial information systems within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct records research using Perceptive Document Management, Maximo, and GIS systems.
  • Assist employees and contractors with project-related records research under the supervision of Asset Management staff.
  • Support records correction and data accuracy initiatives as needed.
  • Manage inbound requests for the Central Records help desk during designated working hours and after-hours rotations.
  • Learn and apply GIS and Maximo system functionalities.
  • Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills to organize and analyze data.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure accurate records management.
  • Maintain documentation of records research activities and follow established procedures.
  • Assist with data entry, updates, and quality control within records management systems.
  • Support process improvements related to enterprise content management (ECM) and automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with utility operation records, geographic parcel data, or parcel legal research preferred.
  • Familiarity with records and information management programs, including ECM.
  • Experience with oil-well lease or similar research is beneficial.
  • Ability to learn GIS and Maximo platforms quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including rotations for after-hours support.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the intended location.

Publishing Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
