Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Recruiter II to join their dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Tulsa and offers a unique opportunity to enhance the company’s talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. From sourcing to hiring and ensuring we attract as well as retain top talent. This role is pivotal in shaping the workforce that drives clean energy initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
  • Prepare and maintain reports of recruiting activities and other relevant information.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of internal and external job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
  • Manage and coordinate communication with candidates, including providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment or a related field, with three years preferred.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Experience in working with applicant tracking systems; Workday recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
