Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Senior Oracle Fusion Administrator with experience in configuring and managing Oracle Fusion Accounting and ERP modules. The ideal candidate will possess expert proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and SQL/PL/SQL. The Senior Oracle Fusion Administrator is a self-starter, proficient at learning complex existing systems to configure, enhance, and maintain these systems for internal finance teams and external customers. This role follows a hybrid work model, with the majority of time spent on-site at our offices to facilitate collaboration with business and IT teams.
Principle Responsibilities:
• Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle Fusion Accounting and ERP modules to meet business requirements.
• Manage and apply patches, updates, and system upgrades to ensure the Oracle ERP environment is secure and up-to-date.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability of the Oracle Fusion applications.
• Administer user roles and security profiles within Oracle Fusion, enforcing appropriate access controls and maintaining data integrity.
• Collaborate with finance and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration changes in the ERP system.
• Perform data migrations and imports (e.g., using FBDI or ADFDI), ensuring data accuracy for financial operations.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion with other enterprise systems through APIs or Oracle Integration tools.
• Document system configurations, processes, and change procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Use Jira to track project tasks, change requests, and issues related to Oracle Fusion administration.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on Oracle Fusion best practices and system processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Planning teams to support integration touchpoints between Oracle ERP and EPM budgeting workflows.
• Provide basic support for Oracle Analytics tools such as OTBI or Smart View used for financial reporting and dashboards.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and ERP financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets).
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for querying and managing data in Oracle databases.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related tools for managing cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion integration technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud) and APIs for connecting ERP with other systems.
• Understanding of cloud ERP configuration interfaces and financial business processes in Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security model, role-based access control, and user provisioning.
• Experience applying patches and upgrades in Oracle Cloud ERP environments.
• Ability to estimate effort, plan tasks, and track progress using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Applications Administrator, Cloud ERP Implementation) are a plus.
• Capable of mentoring or training team members in Oracle Fusion processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM Planning and Budgeting modules and their integration with ERP data flows is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, or Smart View is beneficial for reporting support.

Application Shortlisting Criteria:

• Experience with Oracle EPM (Planning/Budgeting) and Oracle Analytics tools (OTBI/OAC) is a strong plus.
Education/Experience:
Qualified candidates must have:
• 5+ years of experience administering Oracle ERP or Fusion applications in a corporate environment.
• Experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes in an ERP context.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques (FBDI, Oracle Data Loader, etc.) in Oracle Fusion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Oracle Fusion Application certifications or equivalent qualifications are a plus.

• Effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to forge and maintain productive relationships with multiple groups, including finance teams, IT project teams, management, and external vendors.
Other Requirements:
• Must pass background check.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, with the majority of time spent on-site.
