Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of high-value services in the IT infrastructure sector. This role is pivotal in managing projects from the initial process through to operation, focusing on the renovation of cutting-edge IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison with large-scale clients, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of services. This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide delivery management of complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to timelines and budget.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to drive project success and personal growth within the team.
  • Utilize Agile project management methodologies to manage and track project progress through tools like JIRA.
  • Lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, promoting a collaborative project environment.
  • Drive software and service adoption, mitigate renewal risks, and enhance customer dedication through strategic initiatives.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and strategic investment decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in managing complex IT projects.
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management or service delivery in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experienced in using JIRA for project management.
  • Strong experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with enterprise clients, handling projects in multi-architecture, multi-vendor environments.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with financial management, including budgeting, strategic investment, and understanding of recurring revenue concepts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage executive-level customer relationships.
  • PMP certification is considered a strong asset.

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
