Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineers to join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing client experiences through innovative technology solutions. This full-time, direct hire position is based in Kansas City and offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering tech environment focused on creating seamless digital interactions for users. The role demands a proactive approach to developing web applications and optimizing existing systems, with a focus on scalability and user efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain full-stack .NET applications using C#, SQL, MVC, Angular, CSS, and HTML.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionality.
  • Enhance the performance of existing software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends in web application development and technology.
  • Ensure all software solutions meet the highest standards of security and data protection.
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code, as well as troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
  • Provide detailed documentation for all developed software and system updates.
  • Work closely with the client experience team to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with expertise in Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, SQL Server, MVC, and Angular.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain web-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to analyze user needs and technical requirements to create responsive design solutions.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, especially Agile.
  • A commitment to ongoing technical education and personal development.

Pay Range: $110,000 – $130,000 Annually

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
