Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in software development with a specific focus on UiPath technologies. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency across various business processes. This position requires a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of automation projects. The role is based in a dynamic and collaborative work environment where innovative and effective solutions are valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust automation solutions using UiPath, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of automation workflows to guarantee reliability and efficiency before deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for all deployed automation solutions, addressing any issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
  • Document all processes, workflows, and technical specifications to maintain a clear record and assist in future troubleshooting and upgrades.
  • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in automation technologies and software development practices to continually enhance our solutions.
  • Engage in peer code reviews and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a learning culture within the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in UiPath, including hands-on experience with Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components.
  • Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, or Python.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and identify potential areas for automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • UiPath certification is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
