Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager to join their team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively lead all phases of project lifecycle within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The successful candidate will be based in their office locations with a requirement to be on-site three days a week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with an additional day of choice.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead project kickoffs, internal status meetings, and maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the program team to identify risks, plan for risk response and mitigation, and proactively monitor and resolve issues.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage project timelines, budgets, achievements, and deliverables in line with business needs.
- Facilitate and drive collaboration across teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.
- Adopt and implement Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe methodologies throughout the project lifecycle to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, particularly within product development or strategic program planning.
- Strong familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe frameworks; certification is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio.
- Background in Cyber Security, asset management industry knowledge preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and negotiating with stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work on-site 3 times per week.
