Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Website Manager to oversee the daily operations of their corporate websites. This role involves managing, upgrading, and troubleshooting their websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong technical skills. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovative thinking and problem-solving are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, manage, and monitor upgrades to the corporate websites ensuring high levels of performance and availability.
- Direct website updates, taxonomy adjustments, and content edits to support business, marketing, and product initiatives.
- Design wireframes to communicate and rationalize site UX in alignment with customer journey maps and desired CX.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure robust security measures are in place to protect website data and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular content audits to eliminate redundant or duplicate information, optimizing website content strategy.
- Perform thorough testing and QA of all new web pages to ensure responsiveness and quality across devices before going live.
- Regularly update website features and utilities to improve user experience and interface based on feedback and analytics.
- Develop strategies to increase subscriber base, web traffic, and conversion rates across key marketing landing pages.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Marketing, Graphic UX Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing corporate websites with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Expertise in Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems (AEM preferred), and W3C Web standards.
- High proficiency in HTML5, XHTML, CSS3 design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
- Experience with firewall maintenance and understanding of security protocols.
- Proficient in using JIRA or similar project tracking software for managing web updates.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe products including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
