Referral Program:
Terms & Conditions
How the Referral Program Works:
- To be eligible to receive a referral fee, the person referring the candidate must complete and submit the referral form available on the GDH website prior to the first day of the referral’s employment with GDH (Refer a Friend & Earn Rewards).
- The referred candidate must work no less than 90 calendar days for the the person referring the candidate to receive the fee.
- If a candidate referred through the GDH Referral Program is hired within six months of submitting the referral form, the the person referring the candidate will earn the referral fee.
- A referral fee will only be paid for the first work assignment within the 6-month period, unless the candidate is unable to complete 90-days on assignment through no fault of their own. In that case, consideration will be given for the second placement within the 6-month period upon completion of 90-days.
- If GDH has been actively communicating with the referred candidate within the last 90 days prior to referral, no fee will be paid.
- Individuals currently employed by any of GDH’s active clients are ineligible for participation as a referred candidate.
- Each referred candidate is only eligible to be referred one time.
- A referral fee will only be paid on referred candidates who are eligible for work authorization in the United States.
- All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state taxes.
- The person referring the candidate agrees not to share the fee with anyone else, including third parties, as this may violate gift giving policies.
