Role Summary
This role is an entry to mid-level project support position responsible for assisting with data collection, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation. The incumbent will support project teams through effective data management and communication, ensuring timely delivery of project components. This position requires organized, detail-oriented professionals capable of managing multiple tasks within dynamic project environments.
Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate project data during scope and discovery phases to support project planning.
- Maintain organized project folders with comprehensive documentation to ensure easy access and traceability.
- Collaborate with the Special Projects team to establish and adhere to project schedules.
- Provide resolutions to project-related questions and assist with design review processes.
- Enter, update, and manage project data within Quickbase, Lucernex, and SharePoint platforms.
- Conduct light review work in SiteOwl and AutoCAD, implementing minimal changes as needed.
- Update documentation to reflect changes such as part number updates and process modifications.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of bid and completion project packages.
- Maintain timely updates and accurate records within project databases.
- Provide weekly progress reports that identify potential opportunities and project challenges.
Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management support preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Availability to work on-site at the designated location.

Publishing Pay Range: $45.00 – $50.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
