Role Summary
This remote Project Coordinator role supports telecommunications operations and project management within a dynamic enterprise environment. The position involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel to facilitate the activation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless and cellular telecommunications circuits. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications lifecycle, and experience in data provisioning and circuit management, with a focus on supporting ongoing growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Telecommunication Provisioning Business Offices (TPBO) to manage activations, projects, and operational initiatives supporting wireless and cellular telecommunications.
  • Assist in the lifecycle management of telecommunications circuits, including provisioning, changes, issue resolution, and billing analysis.
  • Partner with field teams and vendors to identify operational data needed for installation, support circuit installation projects, and facilitate effective communication.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive telecommunications circuit management framework utilizing automated tools, vendor coordination, and process improvements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of circuit inventory to optimize capabilities, costs, and performance.
  • Generate reports, diagrams, and metrics to provide clear insights to senior leadership regarding the current and future state of telecommunications circuits and assets.
  • Support enterprise-level management of wireless technology capabilities, ensuring alignment with telecommunication objectives and cost efficiencies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines, resolve issues, and support program initiatives.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to telecommunication services, including redundancy and transport diversity.
  • Maintain professionalism, clear communication, and accountability throughout project and operational tasks, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator supporting wireless/cellular provisioning, billing, and project management.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and produce detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, operational data collection, and vendor communication within a telecommunications environment.
  • Knowledge of the life cycle of AT&T FirstNet, wireless, cellular provisioning, and circuit management.
  • Familiarity with telecom circuit inventory, provisioning, and billing processes.
  • Ability to develop SOPs and manage process improvements in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating accountability and self-direction.
  • This position requires eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance. In accordance with federal law, U.S. citizenship is required (eligible for a Public Trust background check and willing to sign an NDA).
  • Availability to work within scheduled timeframes and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 – $45.00 USD Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
