Role Summary
This position involves leading the analysis, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions with a focus on Finance and Accounting functions. The role requires collaborating with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system functionalities. Responsible for providing advanced support and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and ensure system compliance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current financial systems and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Design and implement customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations tailored to finance and accounting needs.
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable system functionalities.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for financial systems.
- Lead system upgrades, patch management, and testing to ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides for financial system processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on financial systems, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting best practices and effective solution architecture.
- Engage with global teams to ensure high levels of stakeholder engagement and customer service.
- Support system testing, validation, and deployment activities during ERP enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in finance and accounting modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with ERP system implementation, upgrades, and testing.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in system documentation, training, and user support.
- Availability for a hybrid work schedule.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 – $60.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
