Role Summary
The Logistics Coordinator (Shipping & Receiving – Administrative) is a key support role responsible for overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations. This position involves managing order processing, documentation, and system data entry to ensure efficient and accurate outbound shipments. The role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in ERP systems, primarily Oracle Cloud, to facilitate seamless logistics functions within an office environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and process shipping labels and documentation for outbound shipments.
- Review and verify order details across Oracle Cloud (ERP), emails, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping addresses, quantities, SKUs, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and customer service to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update shipment records within Oracle Cloud and related systems.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing orders to confirm timely and correct fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve shipping errors, delays, or data mismatches.
- Organize digital records of shipments, communications, and related documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving as needed.
- Support system updates and process improvements to enhance operational accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or order processing.
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Availability for on-site work and willingness to follow standard office protocol.
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability in handling logistics data.
Publishing Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00 Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
